Upon arrival responsible for taking signed waivers and organizing the on-site set-up with the host. Arranged and set-up bar to suit needs of client. Pour drinks according to desires of client and guests, prepared food service area, solved minor and major issues from lack of alcohol and busy children to oven break-downs and cold main dishes. Comforted guests when distressed and worked towards a great referral and a happy party. Safety and TABC regulations come first.

Tahoe Queen

Greeted and seated first 150 guests for dinner. Took orders, made comfortable and made/delivered drinks. 6 servers served the 150 in an hour with made to order 5-course meals, drinks and special requests. The dining hall was turned over completely and the process happened again for second 150. Details were expected and the guests did not feel rushed. They applauded the timely and attentive service. We worked hard to put on a special show for every guest. (I was named the “Drunk Whisperer” due to my calming skills. Treat everyone with respect and you will see their best behavior.) We carried trays, delivered drinks, folded napkins, polished silver, vacuumed, filled condiments successfully while listing and swaying.
